Darby Chellis Bade

Darby Chellis Bade is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in program and project management, primarily supporting the federal government. Currently serving as Vice President for EPA Programs and Executive Lead for Climate Change Growth Initiatives at General Dynamics Information Technology since October 1996, Ms. Bade has developed expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and communications and outreach. Previous experience includes a role as Program Manager and EPA Account Manager at CSRA Inc. Ms. Bade holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from American University.
