Lisa Rader

Lisa Rader, MBA, serves as the Staff Vice President of Government Compliance at General Dynamics Information Technology since February 2022, after holding the position of Senior Director of Government Compliance at General Dynamics from April 2018 to February 2022. Prior to that, Lisa was the Director of Government Rates and Compliance at CSRA Inc from February 2016 to April 2018, where responsibilities included leadership of Government Compliance and financial planning functions. Lisa's extensive experience at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1990 to 2015 encompassed multiple roles, including Director of Finance and Operations, providing financial planning and analysis services for significant corporate expenditures. Lisa's educational background includes an MBA with a Contracts Management concentration from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance focus from Towson University.
