Oleksandr Kurochka is an experienced analytics professional with a strong background in digital marketing and customer experience analysis. Currently serving as the Team Lead of the Analytics Unit at Global Digital Marketing Group since March 2019, Oleksandr has successfully developed key performance indicators, delivered insightful business analysis, and automated reporting processes for projects with significant turnovers. Prior to this role, Oleksandr was the Head of Customer Experience Analytics at VEON, where contributions included implementing the Net Promoter System across multiple operational companies and developing methodologies for impact evaluation on financial results. Previous experience includes positions at lifecell Ukraine as a Principal Data Analyst, and at Kyivstar in various roles from Senior Data Analyst to Retail Sales Specialist, showcasing a comprehensive skill set in data analysis and project support.
