Mac Alaniz possesses extensive experience in technology and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a MAC Specialist/Windows Helpdesk support at The GDR Group since March 2014, Mac utilizes industry best practices to ensure efficient technological services. In addition, Mac is the CEO and Founder of Running for a Cause, managing daily operations and developing social media content to support community initiatives. Previous roles include Social Media Manager and Network Engineer at Alvaka Networks, where Mac facilitated client communication and resolved technical issues, as well as Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Antech Diagnostics, troubleshooting and managing desktop and network challenges in a large user environment.
