Elizabeth Schaeffler

Elizabeth (Biz) Schaeffler currently serves as the Senior Executive Compensation Manager for Design & Business Processes at GE Aerospace since January 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at GE from July 2016 to January 2024, including Senior Manager of HR Strategy and Program Management, where support was provided for GE's transformation through leadership in talent, culture, and change projects. Previous roles at GE included Manager and Senior Associate in the Corporate Audit Staff, contributing to critical projects across multiple divisions. Elizabeth began her career at Cornell University as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and completed a Financial Management Program internship at GE Aviation. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, following graduation from Dulaney High School.
