Heather McDaniel

Heather McDaniel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations within the aerospace and military sectors. Currently serving as the CFM56 Fulfillment & Process Ops Leader at GE Aerospace since September 2024, McDaniel has previously held significant roles, including Deputy Chief of the Air Force Customer Facing Division at the Defense Logistics Agency, where oversight of an 87-person team was essential for fleet-level sustainment operations. McDaniel's military career includes commanding the 345th Training Squadron and the 28th Logistics Readiness Squadron, along with serving as an instructor at the Army Logistics University.
