Jason Dees

Jason Dees is a Commercial Aviation Engineering Manager at GE Aerospace, where they lead a global team supporting the CF6 engine fleet and oversee design and repair development for high-pressure turbine airfoils. Previously, Jason managed the Turbine Gas Path Lab at GE Global Research, directing a team of researchers in enhancing turbine durability across gas turbine products. Their tenure also included roles focused on cost reduction technologies and aviation product innovation. Jason holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and both an M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
