Kari Lancaster

Kari Lancaster is a seasoned HR and IT professional with extensive experience in managing HR systems and operations for leading organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of HR Lifecycle Products at GE Aerospace since November 2023, Kari drives product vision and strategy for various HR tools. Previously, as Sr. Manager of HRIS & HR Operations at Optiv from June 2021 to November 2023, Kari oversaw the implementation and administration of the Workday HRIS system and led a team focused on HR technology. At ConAgra Foods, from January 2009 to November 2023, roles included HRMS Manager and Sr. HR Analyst, with responsibilities in project management and IT support. Early career experience includes IT Operations and Support at Hewlett Packard, where Kari managed vendor services and financial reporting for IT operations. Educationally, Kari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
