Laura Boyer

Laura Boyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Director at GE Aviation since March 2001. In this role, Laura provides strategic leadership over Aviation's compliance and risk management portfolio. Previous positions at GE Aviation include IT Leader in the Systems Engineering division and in alignment with avionics business initiatives, where Laura managed large teams, enhanced productivity, and conducted financial planning. Laura also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has a background as a Project Manager managing significant IT programs across military and commercial divisions. Prior to GE Aviation, Laura worked as a Senior Consultant at Spherion and developed software applications at New Media, Inc. and Electronic Data Systems. Laura earned a Bachelor of Science in Computational Mathematics and Economics from Albion College.
