Liz Lafitte

Liz Lafitte is an experienced professional with a strong background in sourcing, operations management, and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Leader - Composites at GE Aerospace since March 2023, Liz leads a team focused on composite raw material and component delivery for defense and commercial engines. Previously, Liz worked at Meta as a Global Ops Manager, overseeing analytics for integrity and content moderation operations. At GE Aviation, Liz managed continuous improvement activities for Ceramic Matrix Composites, while earlier roles included managing clinical performance improvement initiatives at Mission Health and leading process improvement projects at Palmetto Health. Liz began the career as a Process Excellence Consultant at Johnson & Johnson followed by an internship as a Financial Analyst at Bosch North America. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from The University of Memphis.
