Mikaela Henry

Mikaela Henry is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace, ceramics, and chemical industries. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at GE Aerospace since May 2024, Mikaela previously held positions at SCP Limited as a Ceramics Engineer and Honeywell as a Chemical Engineer. Additionally, Mikaela interned at Kohler Co. and participated in various co-op and research roles, including significant contributions to Owens Corning, Corning Incorporated, and Missouri University of Science and Technology. With a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Mikaela has demonstrated expertise in process improvements, project coordination, data analysis, and technical problem-solving throughout a progressive engineering career.
