Nate Uskert

Nate Uskert is a Lead Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aerospace since April 2018, with a solid background in engineering and operations management. Prior to this role, Nate held positions at GENPACT as a Front Line Manager for GE Aviation Fleet Support, where responsibilities included customer operations, workforce management, and team collaboration. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Lead and Sr. Engine Support Technician at GE Aviation Fleet Support, overseeing operations and providing technical support. Nate began the professional journey as an Engine Support Technician, supporting clients with technical engine issues. Nate's academic foundation in Aeronautical Engineering Technology was established at Purdue University, where a degree was obtained in 2011, in addition to experience as a Teaching Assistant, supervising students in practical engineering applications.
