Nate Woods

Nate Woods, PhD, currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for STEM Synergy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating poverty through STEM education and technology transfer in Ethiopia. In addition to his role as Chairman, Nate has also held positions as Vice Chairman and Member on the same board. With extensive experience at GE Aviation since 2008, Nate holds the position of Senior Customer Support Manager and was previously a Senior Field Service Engineer, where notable achievements include supporting the development of the GEnx engine repair facility at Ethiopian Airlines. Nate's previous roles span various engineering positions at renowned organizations like Rolls-Royce and the Air Force Research Laboratory. Academically, Nate holds a PhD in Leadership & Change from Antioch University and multiple degrees in business and engineering from Wright State University.
