Olga Raskin

Olga Raskin is an accomplished leader in technical product management with extensive experience in driving product strategy and implementing large-scale system transformations within GE Aviation since September 2016. As Director of Technical Product Management, Olga has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented Agile methodologies, and championed Six Sigma Lean practices. Prior roles include Senior IT Program Manager and Manager of ERP Programs, where Olga honed expertise in aligning IT solutions with corporate strategies and managing complex global integrations. Earlier career experiences at GE Digital and GE Power & Water further established a strong foundation in finance transformation and ERP implementations. Olga holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University at Albany and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Phoenix.
