Paul Diconza

Paul DiConza currently serves as Senior Patent Counsel at GE Aerospace, a position held since April 2023, following over three decades at GE Research where DiConza was Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property. In this role, DiConza focused on developing and executing intellectual property strategies, particularly in materials technologies and areas such as nanotechnology and medical imaging. DiConza's earlier career includes work as a Materials Engineer and Six-Sigma Master Black Belt, leading technology programs in surface engineering and coatings. Academically, DiConza holds a Doctor of Law from Albany Law School, a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and both a Master of Science in Materials Science & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
