David Seastrunk

David Seastrunk is a Senior Patent Counsel at Unified Patents, bringing with him a strong background in legal issues related to Computer Software, Open-Source Licensing, Electronics, the Internet, and the DMCA. Prior to their current role, David worked as an Associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP. David also has experience as a Legal Intern at IBM and as an IT Specialist at North Carolina State University. David holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Textile Engineering from North Carolina State University.
