Scot Thomas

Scot Thomas is an experienced engineer specializing in automation and advanced controls, currently serving as a Senior Automation & Advanced Controls Engineer at GE Aerospace since September 2016, focusing on automation systems for Ceramic Matrix Composites in aviation manufacturing. Prior to this role, Scot held various positions at Continental from June 1997 to September 2016, including Lead Automation Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the management of automation projects and CNC processes. Scot began the career as a Maintenance Technician at ITT Automotive from January 1993 to June 1997 and as an Automated Line Technician at Ryobi Motor Products from April 1992 to January 1993.
