Shelby Williams Poulos

Shelby Williams Poulos is a seasoned professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Initiatives Manager at GE Aerospace since July 2015. Shelby's extensive experience includes roles as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer, with a focus on rotating parts and assembly processes for GE jet engines, demonstrating expertise in CNC programming, LEAN practices, and new product integration. Prior to this, Shelby participated in the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE Aviation, completing three rotations in various operational roles. Early career experiences include a Quality Co-op at GE Aviation, a Design Engineering Co-op at Unison Industries, and internships at the University of Mississippi and the Naval Oceanographic Office.
