Whitney Mercer

Whitney Mercer serves as the Director of HR and Culture Communications at GE Aerospace since January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Separation and Financial Communications at GE from February 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities encompassed financial performance communication and leading separation activities following GE's restructuring announcement. Whitney has also held leadership positions in financial and executive communications at GE and Eaton, managing internal communication strategies and executive communications for large employee bases and engaging with senior leadership. Earlier experience at GE Aviation involved strategic communication for the aviation sector, developing key messaging for executives, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Whitney holds a B.S. in Public Relations and Sociology from Syracuse University.
