Martin Busche brings over 37 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specializing in refrigeration and cooling system design. At GE Appliances, a Haier company, from October 2014 to May 2024, Martin served as Lead Engineer / Principal Engineer, focusing on the cooling system design for new French Door Top Mount refrigerator platforms, optimizing energy consumption and temperature performance. Prior experience at Whirlpool Corporation from July 1991 to December 2013 included roles as Lead Engineer in refrigeration cooling system design and product approval, managing the design and testing processes for various refrigerator platforms to meet EnergyStar targets.
