Jim Miller

Jim Miller is an experienced Lead Liaison Stress Engineer at Spirit AeroSystems, managing engineering teams for Boeing's metallic fuselages since April 2005. With a background in stress analysis and fleet support for Boeing 737 aircraft, Miller has developed repair solutions for various programs, including contributions during the COVID pandemic to produce portable rescue ventilators. Previous roles include designing commercial prototypes at Weckworth Manufacturing and providing technical publications at Raytheon Aircraft. Miller served in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve, holding positions that included helmsman and coxswain. Jim Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University and has a diverse educational background in science and technology.
