Beth Douce has over 25 years of experience in the appliances and manufacturing industry. Currently, Beth serves as the Operations Leader for the Service Support Organization at GE Appliances, a Haier Company, since February 2013. Prior to this role, Beth held multiple positions within GE from June 1997 to February 2013, including New Product Introduction Program Manager, National Service Manager for Water Products, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Beth began career at GE as a Manufacturing Leader/Quality Control Co-Op in 1995. Academic qualifications include a degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, completed in 1997.
