John Boyd

John Boyd has a strong work experience in the appliance industry, particularly in sales, marketing, and leadership roles. John started their career at GE in 1996, where they worked in various positions such as Area Sales Manager, Field Program Manager, and Marketing Executive. During their time at GE, they achieved record results and increased profits by developing commercial strategies and leading major product launches.

In 2016, John joined GE Appliances, a Haier company, as the Vice President of Contract Business. John built and led a successful team, delivering consecutive years of record results. In January 2020, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Retail Business, where they continue to lead a diverse executive team focused on becoming the leading appliance manufacturer in the U.S.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated a commitment to developing talent through rewards, training, and coaching, and has consistently built strong, engaged teams that reliably deliver results.

John Boyd received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from the University of Kentucky, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. John later pursued an MBA in Marketing at the Strome College of Business from 1998 to 1999.
