Kathryn Fetter

Kathryn Fetter currently serves as an HR Senior Manager at GE Appliances, a Haier company, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various positions at UofL Health, including Human Resources Director, where notable accomplishments included successful implementation of Workday for approximately 20,000 profiles and development of HR policies during the KYOne transition. Kathryn has also worked as an Office Manager and Career and Employment Specialist in different organizations, focusing on implementing HR policies and providing employment services. Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Arts from Centre College. Additionally, Kathryn is currently pursuing further education at Bellarmine University.
