Natalie Snyder has an extensive work experience in the Human Resources field, primarily in compensation and benefits. Natalie started their career in 2002 with GE Consumer & Industrial, where they participated in the Human Resources Leadership Program. Natalie later worked as an HR Manager, with a focus on IT and union relations. In 2008, they joined GE Appliances and Lighting as a Compensation Manager. Natalie then moved on to become a Manager of Compensation, Payroll, and Fair Employment Practices at GE Home & Business Solutions, where they managed compensation processes and ensured HR compliance. In 2013, they became the Manager of Executive Compensation & HR Operations at GE Appliances & Lighting, responsible for implementing various aspects of HR, compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Finally, in 2016, they were promoted to the role of Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits at GE Appliances, a Haier Company.

Natalie Snyder obtained a B.S. in Psychology & Industrial Relations from Saint Vincent College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Natalie then pursued an M.I.L.R. degree in Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University from 2000 to 2002.
