Phanida Bradley is an accomplished executive recruiter with substantial experience leading talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Executive Search at GE Appliances, Phanida designs inclusive recruiting strategies and advises senior leaders on hiring decisions. Previously, Phanida held multiple leadership roles at Brown-Forman, overseeing workforce planning and recruitment for global supply chain, technology, and corporate functions. Phanida's expertise extends to inclusive hiring programs developed during tenure at Humana, and a solid foundation in full-cycle recruitment at ADP and Aerotek. Phanida holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science from Western Kentucky University.
