Tom Bailey

Tom Bailey currently serves as the Principal Program Manager for Research and Development at GE Appliances, a Haier Company, where responsibilities include developing air conditioning and water heating products for residential and hospitality markets, as well as overseeing new product delivery since August 2012. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Lexmark International, Inc., from May 1995 to August 2012, overseeing a team of engineers and scientists to enhance inkjet product quality and throughput, and contributing as a System Engineer and Mechanical Hardware Engineer in earlier roles. Tom Bailey holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, with prior education at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
