Abdul Wahab Memon

Abdul Wahab Memon is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the power generation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Generator Customer Engineer at GE Vernova since March 2023, Abdul provides engineering solutions for generators and associated electrical components during outages and installations. Prior to this role, Abdul spent over two decades at GE Energy as a Lead Engineer, focusing on generator support and authoring technical information to address fleet issues. Earlier experience includes a position as Executive Engineer at Karachi Electric Supply Corporation, where responsibilities included managing the reliability of the 11 kV power distribution system and overseeing maintenance activities. Abdul holds a Professional Engineer license in Electric Power, along with an MBA in Management Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Electric Power from recognized institutions.
