Dave Baker

Dave Baker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, engineering, and management. Currently, as the owner of Renovation Sells N New England, Dave focuses on pre-sale and live-in renovations to enhance property value. Additionally, Dave serves as a Product Implementation and Solutions Advisor at Avail Enclosure Systems and has held various roles at Versatile Operations, LLC since 2016, specializing in consulting and operations. Previous positions include Director of Business Development and Strategy at Avail Infrastructure Solutions and AZZ Inc, as well as sales management roles at ABB and Eaton. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a dual MBA and Master’s degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Colorado Denver.
