Gavin Calarco

Gavin Calarco, CPIM, currently serves as a Materials Requirements Planner / Buyer at GE Vernova, focusing on production floor operations and ensuring just-in-time material availability for a variety of SKUs. Previously, Gavin participated in the Operations Management Leadership Program, where significant projects included capacity modeling for the Direct Metal Laser Melting supply chain and leading initiatives that improved material management and reduced lead time and inventory costs. With experience as a Lean Line Production Supervisor and Quality Engineer at GE, Gavin has successfully led teams, reduced costs related to quality issues, and implemented lean methodologies across multiple projects. Education includes a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
