Joseph K. A. Amiah

Joseph K. A. Amiah, MSc., currently serves as an FPGA Design Engineer at GE Vernova, focusing on the design of complex FPGA systems for nuclear applications within the I&C engineering team. Previously, Joseph worked at BWX Technologies, Inc. as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer, where Joseph contributed to the development of control computer systems for nuclear power plants. Prior experience includes a role as an Electronics Designer at Canopy Growth Corporation, designing printed circuit board prototypes for consumer products. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Carleton University, and a high school diploma in Physical Sciences from St. Augustine’s College.
