Kavitha Nambiar

Kavitha Nambiar currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for GE Vernova Software, having joined the company in July 2023. Previous experience includes a tenure at GE from March 2016 to July 2023 as a Senior Compliance Manager and Investigator, where Kavitha contributed to the global Respectful Workplace Investigations function and was actively involved in GE’s Women’s Network and GEneration Impact affinity groups. Prior roles include leading the ethics and compliance program for GE's Global Operations in Asia and serving as the Stephen Ramsey EHS & Sustainability Fellow, working on sustainability strategies aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals. Earlier experience at the Alliance to Save Energy involved developing growth strategies for educational programs and securing funding. Kavitha holds a Master's degree in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara, a Compliance Management Program certification from the Indian School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from PES University.
