Kerry Ruggi

Kerry Ruggi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and strategy. Currently serving as Corporate Talent Leader and HR Strategy at GE Vernova since October 2025, Kerry previously held multiple roles at GE from October 2014 to October 2025, including Executive, Talent Management, HR Business Partner, and Chief of Staff. Responsibilities included overseeing talent management for the Software business and advising on various functions within GE Corporate Business Innovation. Prior to GE, Kerry worked at Citi in several HR roles from 2004 to October 2014, focusing on global talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier experience includes a public relations internship at Cotton Incorporated and snowboarding instruction at Okemo Mountain Resort. Kerry earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and studied Indigenous Studies and Political Science at the University of Melbourne.
