Ricardo Guerrero Alvarez

Ricardo Guerrero Alvarez is an accomplished Executive General Manager at GE Vernova, overseeing the global portfolio of Operation and Maintenance services across more than 17 countries and 40 power plants. With over two decades of experience at GE Power, including roles as O&M Service Director for Latin America and various leadership positions, Ricardo has a proven track record in managing O&M contracts, customer relationships, and quality assurance across the region. Prior to these roles, extensive experience includes plant management, consortium management, and significant contributions to power generation projects across Chile and Latin America. Ricardo holds an MBA in Business Management and a degree in Civil Electronic Engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria.
