Carolyn Sanders

Carolyn Sanders is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and a strong background in science and technology communication. Currently serving as General Manager and Executive Director for Australia at Flotation Energy, Carolyn leads strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives within the offshore wind industry. Previously, as a participant in the "Superstars of STEM" program at Science & Technology Australia, Carolyn enhanced media and public visibility for STEM experts. Carolyn's tenure at ExxonMobil spanned nearly two decades in various roles, including leading commercial operations and managing regulatory and safety compliance for offshore platforms. An alumna of the University of Melbourne with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biochemistry, Carolyn is also completing the Company Director's Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
