Ruth Cottrell

Ruth Cottrell is currently the Talent Acquisition Director at GE Vernova, overseeing recruitment activities across 40+ countries. Prior to this role, Ruth held various talent acquisition positions at Lightsource bp and bp, where Ruth led global teams and developed recruitment strategies. With a background in marketing management, Ruth also has experience in establishing and leading recruitment functions in different companies.
