Dominika Kurzawa

Dominika Kurzawa has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Dominika currently works at Transcom as the Operations Director - Talent Acquisition EMEA, overseeing recruitment operations in over 20 countries. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Talent Acquisition Central Europe and Iberia, leading a team across 10 countries. Before joining Transcom, they worked at Alexander Mann Solutions, where they held various roles, including Team Leader - Sourcing and Principal Resource Specialist. Dominika also gained experience at Ciber Global and CenturyLink Technology Solutions. Dominika has proven success in delivering high-volume hiring results throughout their career.

Dominika Kurzawa obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Polish Language and Literature from the University of Zielona Góra in 2009. Dominika further pursued their education and earned a Master's degree in Journalism and Social Communication from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania "Edukacja" between 2009 and 2012. In 2015 and 2016, Dominika attended Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk for postgraduate studies in HR Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in IELTS, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management, and Social Talent Black Belt.
