Traci Koppenhafer

Traci Koppenhafer is a senior HR business partner at GE Vernova, specializing in commercial solutions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Traci spent nearly a decade at GE, where responsibilities included providing HR thought leadership and coaching to the North America and Latin America regions, overseeing seven countries and approximately 300 employees. Traci's extensive experience in human resources began at General Electric and includes roles at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and earlier positions in various organizations. Traci holds an MBA in Human Resources from Clarkson University and a B.S. in Marketing Management and Information Systems from Siena College.
