Joost Barneveld

Joost Barneveld is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the food processing and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Key Account Manager for Sustainability & Digitalization at GEA Group since April 2022, Joost also co-owns VeloP❤️ssion, a company dedicated to creating unique products for cycling enthusiasts. Prior roles include Sales Manager at SiccaDania Group and several positions at GEA Group, where Joost advanced from Sales Engineer to Head of Separation Sales. Joost’s early career included experience at Terlet NV and Alfa Laval, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Education includes multiple qualifications from GEA Academy and the HAN and Avans Universities of Applied Sciences.
