Ralph Desel possesses extensive experience in the engineering and sales sectors, particularly within the separation technology field. Since joining GEA Westfalia Separator Group GmbH in October 2000, Ralph has held multiple senior positions, including Senior Director of Project Engineering Environmental and Senior Director of Life Cycle Design - Decanters, and previously served as Vice President of Technical Service Support - Separation. Prior to this, Ralph gained valuable sales expertise at C. Steffenewers GmbH & Co.KG, and held roles in customer support and project management at ISD Software und Systeme GmbH and GEA Leifeld+Lemke Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co.KG. Ralph's educational background includes an MBA from FH Bielefeld - University of Applied Sciences and a Diplom-Ingenieur Maschinenbau (FH) in mechanical engineering, alongside technical qualifications in draftsman training.
