Thomas Rove

Thomas Rove is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Test Engineering at GEA Group since August 2014. In this role, Thomas Rove leads a skilled team, focuses on employee development, ensures safety in handling hazardous materials, and oversees resource planning for team efficiency. Previously, as a PTS Production Manager at GEA, Thomas was responsible for production planning and execution, decision-making during trials, and training personnel. Thomas also held positions at BASF Health & Nutrition as a Chemical Engineer, supporting process engineering and novel formulation projects, and at GEA Niro A/S as a Test Engineer, where responsibilities included planning experiments and ensuring compliance during production. Thomas Rove began the professional journey as a trainee at Rockwool International A/S following academic achievements at the Technical University of Denmark.
