Xindi Xiao

XinDi Xiao has extensive experience in procurement and category management, currently serving as the Regional Head of Direct Procurement for North America at GEA Group since August 2020, where prior roles included Director of Category Management and Director of Procurement for the Heating and Refrigeration Division. Previously, XinDi was a Senior Procurement Manager in Global Strategic Sourcing at EnerSys from March 2014 to July 2020, and held multiple positions at Voith Hydro from June 2007 to March 2014, including Sourcing Manager and Materials Manager. Early career includes roles as a Casting Buyer/Planner at Flowserve Corporation and an internship at International Freight Transport. XinDi holds an M.B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University (2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University (2004).
