Ashley K. Circeo, PHR, CMAI has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations roles. In 2005, they began their career as a College Program Intern at Walt Disney World. In 2008, they were an Inside Sales Representative at BEAED, LP (NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT) and also worked as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President at Icehouse Music. In 2009, they were a Business Development Representative at BEAED, LP. From 2011-2018, they were a Human Resources Manager at CSI and then a Director of Organizational Development at the same company. In 2021, they were the Vice President of Operations at The Daily Wire, where they were responsible for leading change initiatives in a rapid-growth environment, maturing and developing various areas, and leading the Member Experience team. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Gear Seven.

Ashley K. Circeo, PHR, CMAI obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Texas State University between 2004 and 2008. Ashley K. then went on to obtain their Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Change from Colorado Technical University between 2013 and 2014. In 2013, they obtained their PHR certification from HRCI and in 2014 they obtained their CMAI certification from PRITCHETT, LP.
