Taylor Peters has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sports industry. Taylor started their career as a professional hockey player for the Texas Stars Hockey Club from 2013 to 2016 and later played for the Idaho Steelheads from 2014 to 2016.

Following their professional hockey career, Peters transitioned into coaching roles. Taylor served as the Head Hockey Coach at Sherwood Ice Arena, where they coordinated coaching rosters and on-ice sessions for adult skills and Learn to Play programs. Peters also worked as the Head Hockey Coach at Portland State University from 2017 to 2018 and as an Assistant Hockey Coach from 2016 to 2017.

Peters's experience expanded beyond coaching as they became the Director of Player Development at the Pacific Edge Hockey Association in 2020.
