Adam O'Connor

Adam O'Connor serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Gear Inc. since June 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cloudstaff from October 2011 to April 2024, where Adam held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Sales for America and Europe, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Sales Director, and Senior Account Manager. Throughout these positions, Adam focused on relationship building, strategic thinking, and effective team leadership in sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing international teams and driving revenue growth. Earlier, Adam contributed to customer service and security at St Johns Westminster from November 1999 to January 2012, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients. Adam holds a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Management from The Open University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
