Katrina Smith

Katrina Smith, an Associate member of CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions since 2006. Currently serving as HR Manager at Gear4Music Ltd. since May 2016, Katrina's prior roles include Senior HR Advisor, HR Advisor, and Recruitment Consultant within the same organization. Previous HR experience encompasses positions as HR Officer at York College and Human Resources Business Coordinator, as well as Human Resources Advisor (Learning and Development) at Askham Bryan College. Earlier in the career, Katrina worked as a Personnel Assistant at Fenwick Limited and started as a Receptionist at TONI&GUY. Katrina holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of York and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Doncaster University Centre.
