Katie Gigout

Katie Gigout is an experienced casting professional currently serving as the Casting Manager at Gearbox Entertainment since April 2021. In this role, Katie serves as the primary contact for casting, directly communicating with talent agents, talent, and external VO/Mocap vendors while demonstrating strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Prior to this position, Katie held roles as Casting Talent Coordinator at Gearbox Entertainment, and as Talent Coordinator and Assistant to Talent Agent at Buchwald, where responsibilities included identifying and developing talent, scheduling sessions, and negotiating contracts. Katie's early career included positions as Archive Assistant at New York University Tisch School of the Arts and Intern at the Texas Archive of the Moving Image. Katie obtained a Master's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of Texas at Austin.
