Paul Kamau

Paul Kamau is an accomplished Embedded Systems Design Lead Engineer at Gearbox Europlacer since June 2021, where leadership and project management skills facilitated a 500% increase in the contractual design customer base over two years. Paul has extensive experience in firmware development across various programming languages, including C, C++, and Python, and has successfully managed multiple projects from inception to deployment. Prior roles included Electronic Engineer and Junior Design Engineer at Gearbox, where responsibilities included PCB design and training engineering interns. Additional experience includes serving as an Information Communication Technology Officer at the National Communications Secretariat, and an Electrical Engineer Attachee at KTDA. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kenyatta University, obtained in 2018.
