Jillian Penfield has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jillian started their career as an Agency Manager at Avis Rent a Car and then worked as a General Manager at PETCO Animal Supplies. Jillian later joined Treeline Incorporated as a Consultant, specializing in sales recruitment. Jillian then transitioned to Aspect Medical Systems, where they worked as a Sales Analyst, providing performance analysis and data-driven insights. Jillian further enhanced their skills in sales operations at LogMeIn, where they held positions as a Sales Operations Analyst and Manager of Sales Systems. Jillian also worked at OmniGuide as a Sales Operations Manager, responsible for implementing and managing Salesforce and providing business analysis for strategic decision-making. Currently, they are working at RafterOne (formerly GearsCRM) in a leadership role, serving as the Director of Architecture for Sales Service and the Core Salesforce Platform.

Jillian Penfield obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics from 1998 to 2002.
