Eva Radl has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Eva began their career at Merz Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Assistant before transitioning to a role in HR. At Merz Pharmaceuticals, they played a crucial role in building the HR structure and implementing people development initiatives. More recently, in 2018, Eva attended Dr. Kraus & Partner, where they pursued a degree as an Agile Coach & Transformation Consultant, specializing in change & transformation. Eva completed this program in 2019.
